Very poor planning post completion. Having elderly visitors walk up a ramp then a considerable distance in the elements to the front door is archaic, especially when a serviceable lift is available on the same level as the visitor parking allocations.This isn’t just an uneducated opinion, I have a masters degree in architecture.
